The administrative assistant supports the daily operations of the consultancy.
This is a part-time (15 hours/week) hybrid position – on-site and remote.
Duties and Responsibiloities
- Email and phone lines management
- Communication mit clients, partners and public offices
- Maintaining data bases
- Basic accounting
- Drafting documents
- Legal research
- Basic Social media management
Skills and Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Students in their final stage of obtaining an univeristy degree in Law, Business administration, or similiar.
Sets priorities, produces quality outputs, meets deadlines and manages time efficiently.
- Exhibit sharp attention to detail and ability to track and organize multiple issues.
- Sets priorities, produces quality outputs, meets deadlines and manages time efficiently.
- Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Social medias
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Fluency in English and German

Salary and benefits
This position falls under the collectiv bargaining agreement for Business consultiung services. The offered salary corresponds to the minimum salary for Professional Group 2 from the collective agreement in the amount of EUR 2.035,00 for a full time position.
Annual Wiener Linien ticket is covered by the employer.
