Administrative Assistant
This is a part-time (5 hours/week) remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The position is especially suitable for students who want to gain practical experience alongside their studies.
Responsibilities

Manage incoming emails and phone calls.

Communicate with clients, partners, and public offices (mainly in German).

Track case developments and keep consultants updated on deadlines and milestones.

Proofread and check official forms for mistakes before submission.

Send confirmation and follow-up emails to clients.

Maintain and update databases.

Provide general support to consultants in their casework.
Skills and Qualifications

Previous administrative experience is an advantage.

Students majoring in Law, Business Administration, or similar fields are encouraged to apply.

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

Fluency in English and German (spoken and written).

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Strong time management: able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results.

Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality, and age sensitivity and adaptability.

Salary and Benefits
This position falls under the collective bargaining agreement for Business Consulting Services. The offered salary corresponds to the minimum salary for Professional Group 1 from the collective agreement, in the amount of EUR 2,077.00 for a full-time position (40h/week). Salary will be calculated proportionally for part-time hours.
