About Miglena Hofer
Miglena is a licensed English speaking business consultant in Vienna with years of experience supporting foreign business owners register and run their business in Austria. She is also a legal professional and business mediator.
As a Bulgarian who moved to Austria in 2012 for love, she is a dedicated member and supporter of the international business community in Austria.
And let’s not forget – she is also a mother of two children, a book author, parentpreneur, trainer, avid coffee drinker, a bookworm, and music lover.
What began as Miglena’s one-woman mission to make Austrian bureaucracy more human has become a collaborative team effort built on the same values: clarity, precision, and a personal touch.

HOW DO I WORK
Everything I do, I do by combining my knowledge, empathy, and honesty.
If you want fast, generic answers, I am not the right professional for you.
If you want someone who guards your interest at all times and advises you according to that, even if the advice is not what you really wanted to hear, I am your consultant.
I am a devotee of life-long-learning and I am not shy of saying “I don’t know, but I will think about it and get back to you.” to you. My affection for life-long learning serves you and your needs.
You can always approach me, preferably by email. I don’t comply with the culture of immediacy and therefore, it takes me 2-3 days to answer emails. I do, however, read all of the emails I get the day I’ve got them. So, if there is a deadline running out or an objective emergency, I will reach out to you immediately.
Mondays have become sacred to me. This is my day to plan and organize the entire week, so on that day, I do not take calls, answer emails or hold meetings.
